Face expression are very much related to your emotional changes like, depression, fear, hate, love, anger and stress. Try to be happy and avoid being oversensitive to pretty things. 1. Remove the old polish with acetone using cotton.
2. Shape the nail using nail cutter and nail filer.
3. Dip and soak the hands in luke warm water to which liquid soap or shampoo is added.
4. Wash the hand with cold clear water and then wipe fingers with a soft towel.
5. Clean the nail using orange stick and cotton dipped in Antiseptic lotion.

Here are some freshly prepared packs from fruits and vegetables. Banana pack
Mash 1 whole banana and mix with 2 tsp of honey and apply it on your face. Leave on for 15 minutes and wash off. This pack tightens your skin.
Carrot & Egg White Pack:
Mix egg white, carrot and honey and use it as a pack on your face. A face pack twice a week is good for you.
Orange Pack
Powder orange peels and blend in curds. Apply on the pigmented areas and wash off after 15 minutes with cold water. It improves your complexion and reduces the pigmentation. For dry skin, use this regularly. Mix the yolk of one egg, two spoonfuls of orange juice, almond powder and half a spn of lemon juice. Mix well, beat and apply.

Take 1 cucumber and grind it to thick paste and mix with almond powder and 2 tsp of milk. Apply it and leave on for 15 minutes and wash off.
Tomato Pack

Multani mitti powder mixed with tomato pulp makes an excellent paste. (OR) Mix tomato juice with curd and use it as a face pack. It does wonders to a greasy skin.
